Halloween (shortened from the phrase “All Hallows’ Evening”) is a long-established traditional festival which is organized every year on October 31.
The symbol of Halloween is pumpkins carved into different imaginary faces.
Halloween has become a festival which is widely welcomed by young people. On this day, there are mischievous ghost games to fool people. Children and teenagers, young people dress in clothes and masks, then take lanterns and go from house to house in the neighborhood, knocking on the door and saying “trick or treat” – “If you do not want to be tricked then treat us well with something”. People usually offer candies or fruit to avoid playing tricks.
Besides, Halloween also gives the youth an opportunity to learn experiences and lessons such as:
○ We should not be greedy, stingy in life.
○ We should have mercifulness, charity and be ready to help people in difficulties.
○ Always remember to keep promise.
○ Do not play with deception, threats, something to scare others, mischievous actions created
by intelligence and youthful imagination that sometimes harm people or society.
Along with the festive Halloween atmosphere, the School will organize a Halloween festival for the kids on Tuesday morning – October 31, 2023.
Time: From 8h30 To 10h00
Place: In School
The content: Halloween masquerade and playing with different activities.
Note: Parents please have your kids wear Halloween clothes when coming to school.
