TUITION FEE FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2018 – 2019

I. Admission Fee:

1. Registration Fee: VND2,000,000 / child.

– The registration fee is a one-off fee for a new child.
– The registration fee is not refundable if the child leaves the school.

2. Annual Fee for the school’s facilities: VND2,000,000 / child.

– The Annual fee for the school’s facilities will be collected from the month of enrollment.

– If the enrollment is made during the period from March to August, this fee will be VND1,000,000 / child.

II. Tuition and Meals (Applicable from 6/2021 – 8/2022)

1. Timing for tuition fee collection:
– Quarter 1: month 09, 10 & 11 – Quarter 3: month 03, 04 & 05

– Quarter 2: month 12, 01 & 02 – Quarter Summer: month 06, 07 & 08

2.Prepaid Meals & Milk include breakfast, lunch and after-lunch snacks; 2 times of drinking milk, or yogurt / flan cake/ yakult / fruit juice / seasonal smoothies … every day.

III. Other Fees

1.Uniform: VND380,000 / 1 set

2. Textbooks & notebooks (applicable only for kindergarten): VND1,000,000 / child / official class.

3. Overtime service (Parents register with the admission office):

IV. Policy for tuition fee and other fees:

1. Payments:

Tuition fee must be paid between the 25th to the 5th of each month.

If the school does not receive payment of the tuition fee by the 10th of the month, the school has the right to refuse service to the child.

2. Refunding policy for tuition fees:

The tuition fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Refunding policy for meals:

Prepaid meals will be refunded only after the school is noticed 2 days in advance and the number of off-days should be more than 5 days.

4. Policy for the reservation of prepaid fees and meals:

If the children leave the school temporarily (at least 1 month), prepaid tuition and meals (already paid for by quarter) will be reserved for a maximum period of not more than 1 year.

5. According to the policy of the Education Department, the annual holidays such as New Year and Lunar New Year, National holidays, … any tuition fee paid will be rounded on a monthly basis and all of the fees paid that include public holidays are NON-refundable. In addition, it is advisable that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, all parents should join and cooperate with the school in organizing a successful event and festivals for the children. Thus, all the fees such as tuition fee and food fees and also NON-refundable during these occasions.

V. Priorities policy

Parents with more than 2 kids joining the school will have the following incentives:

– Registration fees will be exempted.

– The tuition fee for the 2^nd child will be 5% discounted.

– The tuition fee for the 3^rd child will be 10% discounted
